Dan enlisted in the Navy in 1980 and served our country for 13 years. Before leaving the Navy as Chief Petty Officer, Dan had served on 3 submarines, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology.

Dan has earned undergraduate degrees in Nuclear Engineering Technology and Sociology, a Master of Biblical Studies from BBC and a Master of Divinity from Baptist Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Pedagogy from American International and a Doctor of Philosophy from Canterbury University. He is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry from Louisiana Baptist University.

Dan surrendered to ministry here at Point Harbor back in 1990 and served on staff here for several years. He has come “home” again to serve as Administrative Pastor since February 2012. He and his wife Michele have 2 daughters, Jennifer (and husband Mitch) and Danielle (and husband Chris), and 2 grandsons, Nate and Andrew.
